  1. The latest versions of Samba are always on samba.anu.edu.au in
  2. the directory pub/samba/.

  4. You only need to download 1 file to get a complete copy of Samba. Look
  5. for the file samba-latest.tar.gz. This is a soft link to the latest
  6. version. You will need gunzip and tar to unpack the archive.
